End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and the developer of Poo Compare (“we”, “us”). The app is licensed to you, not sold.

1) Scope of license

You may use Poo Compare on any Apple‑branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

2) Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive the source code, or create derivative works of the app, except where permitted by law.

3) No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

5) Privacy

Poo Compare is designed to be privacy‑friendly. Your stats and Custom Cards are stored locally on your device, and we do not store photos or videos. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6) Apple terms

This EULA is intended to work alongside Apple’s App Store terms and conditions. If there is a conflict, Apple’s terms take priority for App Store related matters.
